Snowmobiling

The Northwoods of Wisconsin offers more than 500 miles of well groomed and well marked snowmobile trails making us the snowmobile capital of the world. Not only is Wisconsin the birthplace of the snowmobile but Eagle River also hosts the Vintage and World Championship snowmobile races. Eagle River offers a snowmobile museum and hall of fame as well. When you stay at Wild Eagle Lodge you have direct access to the snowmobile trails, parking right outside your lodge home door, and trailer parking lot.

Hockey

Eagle River offers a hockey arena that hosts youth and adult hockey tournaments and both hockey and ice skating schools. Eagle River is also host to the Labatt Blue USA Pond Hockey National Championships that tends to grow larger every year.
